- Client- Based Notaries (We go to your client)

Remote Online Notary (RON)
We can notarize your document from the comfort of your home or work.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Please review our About US page for document and ID requirements .
- To use the RON service, ALL signers must pass ID verification
- You must have a WEBCAM to use the remote online notary.
- Most smart phones will work.

To place your order:
- Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements.
- When scheduling your appointment, please include the name and email addresses for all signers in the notes.
- Reminder: All signers must pass the ID verification
- Please make sure your document is completely filled out, but DO NOT Sign the document before submitting it to Pink Notaries.
- Upload your document to be notarized, in the following formats: .doc, .docx or .pdf formats.
